Superior Court Filed & Recorded in Clerk’s Office NOV-1 2018 AT 10:13AM BPA BOOK 91 PAGES 527 & 528 (hereinafter “PERMANENT NOTICE’).
Permanent special notice is given herein and hereby by the accommodation party and authorized agent for third party intervener, private citizen of the United States/Illinoisian National and private member of the Union member State of New Mexico, only true party of interest against all the world, that this permanent special declaration of interest is of a purely equitable right by nature in the Doc # 2018093959 10/26/2018 03:51 PM, Page 1 & 2 and the NOV-1 2018 AT 10:13AM BPA BOOK 91 PAGES 527 & 528, “PERMANENT NOTICE”, has containing the special records irrevocably executing the extinguishment through merging of titles of any & all named/attached “DEBTORS” of “PERMANENT NOTICE” alleged or real debts, charges, liabilities, tax deficiency, encumbrances, presumptive easements, attachments, and any obligations in general, on record levied, aliened, imposed or presumed by any commercial contracting enterprise.DEMAND TO SHOW CAUSE
