NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Joshua Kiel Martin, Resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico has filed a Petition to Change Name of his children in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change the name of his children as follows: from Logan Wellwood Rendon Martin to Logan Wellwood Martin, from Madison Leigh Rendon Martin to Madison Leigh Martin, and from Hailey Rose Rendon Martin to Hailey Rose Martin.
This Petition will be heard before the Honorable Nancy J. Franchini, District Judge, on the 16th day of January, 2019, at the hour of 1:15 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, 5th Floor, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
