NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION IN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO to Respondent Andres Ray Gallegos, alleged biological father of Andres Jacob Gallegos. You are hereby notified that Oralda Silva (Petitioner) has filed a Petition for an Order Appointing Kinship Guardian of Andres Jacob Gallegos, born on February 8, 2006. A hearing on this matter will be held February 18, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. to determine whether a Guardian should be appointed for him. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas Boulevard NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
