You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioners have filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of minor children, Ariana Alexis Rodriguez born on October 29, 2009, and Esperanza M. Rodriguez born on September 27, 2011, born to Monique D. Lujan and Jesus
M. Rodriguez Lares.
A hearing on this matter will be held on March 15, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for children. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Court, Albuquerque, New Mexico. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
