NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Felicia Puls, and Chauncey Puls, Sr., husband and wife, kinship guardians of Osiris Ray Perry-Black have filed a Petition to Change Name of the minor child in the Ninth Judicial District Court, Roosevelt County, New Mexico wherein they seek to change the name of the minor child as follows:

Proposed Name:
Osiris Ray Perry-Puls.
