LEVY of the above-entitled Second Judicial District Court entered an Order entitled “Notice of Pendency of Action” requiring that Lori Trujillo and/or Eloy Lucero to enter an appearance in the said cause entitled above on or before the 21st day of January, 2019 or a Judgment by Default will be entered against each of you.
You, Lori Trujillo and/or Eloy Lucero may may retain counsel to represent you in these proceedings. Your failure to respond to this Notice and Order will result in the Adoption of Laenna Francis Trujillo by John D. Whitenack.
You must enter your Appearance on or before the 21st day of January, 2019 or not receive notice of subsequent Court actions and Proceedings in the above-entitled Adoption case.
