IN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO to Respondent, James Hardage, biological father of Isaiah Archibeque born June 22, 2006. You are hereby notified that Petitioner, Robert Archibeque, has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardian of Isaiah Archibeque. A hearing on this matter will be held May 3, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for Isaiah. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
