You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioners have filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Robert Sanchez Jr., minor child, born to Robert Sanchez and Victoria Turrietta on February 5, 2015.
A hearing on this matter will be held on May 6, 2019 at 1:30 pm to determine whether guardians should be appointed for child. The hearing will take place at the First Judicial District Court, Santa Fe, New Mexico. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
