NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CHARLENE L. BERBIG, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLENE L. BERBIG, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, David A. Finlayson, for the Estate of Charlene L. Berbig, on the Petition for Order of Determination of Heirship, Formal Probate of Will and Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, filed by the Personal Representative of the Estate of Charlene L. Berbig. Said petition approves the final accounting, formally probates the Will, determines the heirs and devisees, approves distribution of the Estate, declares the Estate fully settled and discharges the Personal Representative from further claims or demands of any interested person.
The Hearing will be held at the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Valencia County Courthouse, 1835 Hwy 314 SW in Los Lunas, New Mexico, on the 1st day of April, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., before the Honorable Cindy Mercer.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. §45-1 401 (1993 Repl. Pamp.), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three (3) consecutive weeks, the last publication of which is to be at least ten days before the time set for the hearing.
