NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lois E. Sancho has accepted the position of Trustee of the irrevocable SANCHO LIVING TRUST, dated February 01, 2000. Russell W. Sancho, Grantor of the Trust, has died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
