TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DAVID P. WINKLER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID P. WINKLER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by Urbielewicz Murphree, CPAs, PC which petition provides:
The last will of the deceased, the heirs and the devisees under the will, and the nomination of Urbielewicz Murphree, CPAs, PC, as personal representative, without bond, in an unsupervised administration will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 9, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., before the Hon. Nancy J. Franchini.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
