1. On April 17, 2019, Richard A Garcia was appointed as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Decedent in an informal proceeding under the Uniform Probate Code.
2. Bond has not been filed.
3. All documents relating to the estate are on file with the District Court of Santa Fe County, State of New Mexico. They are available for your inspection.
4. The estate is being administered by the Personal Representative according to the terms of the Uniform Probate Code, without supervision by the Court. You are entitled to information regarding the administration of the estate from the Personal Representative. You may also petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of administration.
