TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HELEN M. CARNES, JR., DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HELEN M. CARNES JR., DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned, which petition requests the appointment of Urbielewicz Murphree CPAs P.C. (Linda Murphree) as personal representative of the estate of the decedent will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd.
Pursuant to NMSA §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for three consecutive weeks.
