TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JACK NORMAN PETERSON, DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JACK NORMAN PETERSON, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned, which petition requests the appointment of JoAnn Smith as personal representative of the estate of the decedent and for formal probate of decedent’s will, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 9:15 a.m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Erin B. O’Connell.
Pursuant to NMSA §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for three consecutive weeks.
