NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SUZANNE KAY EUBANK and KARIN LYNN SANDFORT have accepted the position of Co-Trustees of the irrevocable PETRIE LIVING TRUST, dated January 23, 1996, and of the Survivor’s Trust and Family Trust created thereunder. JAMES R. PETRIE, Grantor of the Trust, has died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims can be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the Co-Trustees at: Suzanne Kay Eubank, P.O. Box 2184, Tijeras, NM 87059 and Karin Lynn Sandfort, 18619 Cole Witter Rd., Battle Ground, WA 98604.
