NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Yareci Rojas-Contreras, Resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico has filled a Petition, through her counsel, the University of New Mexico School of Law Clinical Law Program (Janette Duran, Clinical Law Student, Evelyn Ibarra-Ortiz, Clinical Law Student, and Sarah Steadman, Supervising Attorney) to change the name of her child in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change the name of her child as follows:
