You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Ulyssis Hidalgo born on November 27, 2006 to Brenda Ontiveros and Luis Rodriguez-Parra, Jeanine Ontiveros born on December 3, 2008 to Brenda Ontiveros and Jorge Mendoza Gonzales, Fabian Ontiveros born on September 27, 2012 to Brenda Ontiveros and Gregorio Aguilar.
A hearing on this matter will be held on January 10, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for children. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Court, Albuquerque, New Mexico. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
