ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINES BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO
Pursuant to my authority under Section 7-38-85 NMSA 1978, I hereby extend the deadline specified in Section 7-38-36.2 NMSA 1978 of the Property Tax Code with respect to the 2019 tax year only:
The deadline for the due date of the first Installment of property taxes in Bernalillo County Is extended from December 6, 2019 to no later than December 19, 2019, and shall become delinquent if not paid within 30 days.
