You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Xander F. Schmille born on June 14, 2012 to Roxane Schmille and Hoyt Schmille, and guardianship of Phoenix A. Melo born on May 23, 2006 to Roxane Schmille and Lazaro R. Melo.
A hearing on this matter will be held on Febuary 12, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for children. The hearing will take place at the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Sandoval County, New Mexico. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
