THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO: CULLEN D. WARREN: GREETINGS: You are hereby notified that a Petition for Kinship Guardianship has been filed in the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, being Cause No. D-202-DM-2019-3134, and wherein the Petitioners seek to obtain constructive service of process upon you. The general objects of said action are to obtain kinship guardianship of a female child, N.G., born in March, 2014, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, pursuant to the New Mexico Kinship Guardianship Act. You are further notified that unless you file a responsive pleading or motion within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this Notice, judgment will be entered and the relief prayed for in the Petition for Kinship Guardianship will be granted.
