NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO: Hector A. Enriquez
I, David S. Borunda, Court Administrator of the Third Judicial District Court in the County of Dona Ana, State of New Mexico, do hereby cause to be issued this Notice of Pendency of Suit, for the purpose of service of process on Hector A. Enriquez.
The name of the decedent, the Court in which said cause is pending, and the probate cause number are set out hereinabove.
The Interested Party against whom service by publication is sought to be obtained is Hector A. Enriquez.
The general object of this action is to settle the estate of Natividad Enriquez. Erika Enriquez has been appointed Personal Representative of the estate of Natividad Enriquez, deceased. You are entitled to receive from the Personal Representative information regarding the administration of this estate, and can petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate.
The name of the Personal Representative’s attorney is as follows: Karen E. Wootton of Karen E. Wootton Legal Services, P.C., 300 N. Main St., 2nd Floor, Las Cruces, New Mexico 88001, (575) 526-9695.
Hector A. Enriquez against whom constructive service is sought to be obtained, is hereby notified that unless he files a responsive pleading or motion with this Court within thirty (30) days after the date of the third and last publication of this notice, judgment or other appropriate relief will be rendered in such suit against them by default.
