1. ALAN M. MALOTT, ESQUIRE, has been appointed Special Administrator of the Estate of John Joseph Towner;
2. All persons or entities having claims against the Estate of John Joseph Towner are required to present their claims, in writing, within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or within sixty (60) days after the mailing of this Notice, which date is later, or the claims will be forever barred.
