TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARISA G. FAUTZ, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARISA G. FAUTZ, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, approving all acts of the Personal Representative, approving the distributions and declaring the Estate fully settled and discharged from all claims or demands of interested persons, will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Judge Joshua A. Allison, 400 Lomas, NW. Courtroom 616 on April 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
Pursuant to 45-1-401, NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication once each week for three consecutive weeks.
