NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO: Damian Alaniz, Isabella Alaniz, Joshua Alaniz, Michael Luna, Santiago Luna, and any and all unknown claimants of interest in the premises adverse to Plaintiffs
I, David S. Borunda, Court Administrator of the Third Judicial District Court in the County of Doña Ana, State of New Mexico, do hereby cause to be issued this Notice of Pendency of Suit, for the purpose of service of process on Damian Alaniz, Isabella Alaniz, Joshua Alaniz, Michael Luna, Santiago Luna, and any and all unknown claimants of interest in the premises adverse to Plaintiffs by publication.
The names of the Plaintiffs, Defendants, and the Court in which said cause is pending and the civil cause number are set out hereinabove.
The Defendants against whom service by publication is sought to be obtained are Damian Alaniz, Isabella Alaniz, Joshua Alaniz, Michael Luna, Santiago Luna, and any and all unknown claimants of interest in the premises adverse to Plaintiffs.
The general object of this action is to quiet and to set at rest the title of Plaintiffs in and to the lands described herein against any adverse claims of the Defendants and that the Defendants be barred and estopped from having or claiming any lien upon, any right or title to the estate of Plaintiffs in and to said lands, or any portion thereof, adverse to the Plaintiffs.
The property which is affected and concerned by this pending action is located in Doña Ana County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Being part of the east one-half of the northeast one-quarter of Section 35 of Twp. 26 South of Range 3 East of the N.M.P.M. and being described as follows to wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the Tract herein described. Whence the east one-quarter corner of the aforesaid Section 35 bears South 04 deg. 11’ 30” East 342.02 ft.; thence, along the west line of Clark Street, DUE NORTH 80 ft. to the northeast corner; thence, leaving the street line, DUE WEST 166 ft. to the northwest corner; thence DUE SOUTH 80 ft. to the southwest corner; thence DUE EAST 166 ft. to the place of beginning (hereinafter the “419 Clark Property”)
AND
All of the following described lots and parcels of land and real estate, situate, lying and being in the Hagen Addition of Anthony, New Mexico, beginning at a point thirty (30) feet south of the N.W. corner of Block No. 1, of the Hagen Addition to the town of Anthony, N.M.; thence south along the west boundary of said Block to the N.W. corner; Thence North to a point thirty (30) feet south of the N.E. corner of Block No. 1; Thence west to the point of beginning. This is to include twenty (20) feet off of the south side of Lot No. 2, and all of Lots Nos. 3 and 4, of said Block No. 1, of said addition (hereinafter the “406 Church Property”).

The name of Plaintiff Margarita Medina’s attorney is as follows: Alan Gluth of Gluth Law, LLC, 2455 E. Missouri, Suite A, Las Cruces, NM 88001, (575) 556-8449.
Damian Alaniz, Isabella Alaniz, Joshua Alaniz, Michael Luna, Santiago Luna, and any and all unknown claimants of interest in the premises adverse to Plaintiffs, against whom constructive service is sought to be obtained, are hereby notified that unless they file a responsive pleading or motion with this Court within thirty (30) days after the date of the third and last publication of this notice, judgment or other appropriate relief will be rendered in such suit against them by default.
