Joseph L. Otero, a minor.
To Respondent Angelique M. Sanchez, biological parent of Joseph L. Otero, a minor. You are hereby notified that Consuelo “Connie” Casias, Petitioner, has filed a Petition to Appoint Kinship Guardian, received an Order Appointing Temporary Kinship Guardian, and filed a Petition to Establish Paternity and Assess Child Support regarding Joseph L. Otero, born on June 26, 2004. A hearing on this matter will be held May 4, 2020 at 2:00p.m. to determine whether Petitioner shall be appointed as “permanent” Kinship Guardian for Joseph L. Otero. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque NM 87104. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence. In addition, Petitioner seeks adjudication of her petition to establish paternity and to assess child support. Regarding this petition, if you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
