NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Please Take Notice that the above-entitled Court, having duly appointed a Special Master in this matter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the property located at 18 A Gurule Road, Peralta, NM 87042, more fully described as:
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT “A” AND INCORPORATED HEREIN.
The property will be sold subject to rights of redemption; easements, reservations and restriction of records; taxes and governmental assessments; any liens or encumbrances not foreclosed in this proceeding; environmental contamination, if any, and zoning violations concerning the property, if any.
A Summary Judgment was entered in the above captioned and numbered cause against the Defendants in favor of U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE PRP II PALS INVESTMENTS TRUST, on February 19, 2020, in the total amount of $76,216.27 plus interest at the rate specified in the Summary Judgment from November 15, 2019. The sale is to begin at 9:30 a.m. on May 13, 2020, at the front steps of the Valencia County Courthouse, located at 1835 Hwy 314 SW, Los Lunas, NM 87031, at which time I will sell to the highest bidder for cash the above-described Real Estate and all improvements thereon to pay the expenses of such Judgment referred to above, and to satisfy the total amount of the Summary Judgment plus interest to the date of the foreclosure sale and the costs of the foreclosure sale. At such sale, the Plaintiff, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE PRP II PALS INVESTMENTS TRUST, may become the purchaser of the property being sold, or part thereof, and may apply all or part of the Judgment to the bid, should it be the highest bidder.
