NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION TO REGISTER FOREIGN JUDGEMENT
Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed by Megan C. Montoya, petitioner,
seeking registration of foreign judgement of divorce decree from the State of Hawaii to
the State of New Mexico, case no. D101DM201900826, versus Defendant Ryan B. Montoya. Unless Ryan B. Montoya enters appearance in this cause within thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication of this Notice, judgement by default may be
entered against him. There is no attorney involved to contact.
