Guardianship of Roman Daniel DeLuna (09/30/2010) and Aleeyah Monae DeLuna (05/19/2012) to Ninette DeLuna and Daniel Robert DeLuna..
A hearing on this matter will be held on 9/28/2020 to determine whether a guardian
should be appointed for children. The hearing will take place at the 2nd Judicial District Court, Bernalillo, New Mexico. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
