NOTICE OF SUIT
TO DEFENDANTS: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BERNARD S. PARKER, WILLIAM A PARKER, AND BROCK BERNARD PARKER, AND ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF,
You are hereby notified that a suit has been filed against you in the District Court of Bernalillo County by the above-named Plaintiffs, in which Plaintiffs requests Judgment establishing their claim to and quieting title to the subject real property against the adverse claims of the Defendants and each of them, and everyone claiming by, through, or under them, and that the Defendants, and each of them, and everyone claiming by, through, or under them, be barred and forever estopped from having or claiming any lien upon, or any right, title or interest in or to the subject real property adverse to the interest of the Plaintiffs, and that the title of the Plaintiffs to the subject real property, in fee simple be forever quieted and set at rest. Plaintiffs are also requesting the issuance of a Special Master’s Deed to them.
The subject real property is located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as:
The Tracts lettered “H” & “G” lying within Sections 20 and 29, T.11 N., R.6.E, N.M.P.M., being a portion of the small holding claims 2991, 3000, 3001, 3002, 3207, and 4479, T.11 N., R.6.E, N.M.P.M., as the same is shown and designated on the plat of the lands of the Elizabeth Davis Estate, filed for record in Vol. D-6, Page 168, of the plat of records of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, on August 18, 1975,
Including all improvements.
You are further notified, that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance or file responsive pleadings or motions in said cause within thirty (30) days of the third consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, Judgment will be rendered in said cause against you by default and the relief requested will be granted.
