AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
To the heirs and devisees of MARY ANN KIRCHGESSNER.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that:
1. The Decedent died on April 21, 2020.
2. LAURA LEE BATES filed an Application for Informal Probate of Will and for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative, in the above named Court requesting that the Will of the Decedent dated June 23, 2008 be admitted to informal probate, and that LAURA LEE BATES be appointed Personal Representative. The Decedent’s Will nominates LAURA LEE BATES as Personal Representative.
3. On May 28, 2020 the Court issued an Order admitting the Will to informal probate and appointing LAURA LEE BATES as Personal Representative to serve without bond.
Papers relating to the Estate are on file with the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and are available for your inspection.
