TO THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENTS IN GROUP I AND GROUP II:
You are hereby notified that the above named Petitioner has filed a civil action against you in the above entitled court action to quiet title to the following real estate:
Lot numbered Eighteen (18) in Block lettered “E” of SOMBRA DEL MONTE, a Subdivision, Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of Blocks, A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H of revised plat of Blocks 17 to 32 inclusive, of said plat, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on July 14th, 1952.
