To Respondent UNKNOWN FATHER of RENESMA BACA, a minor. ¬You are hereby notified that Yosa Alaniz, Petitioner, has filed a Petition for Appointment of Kinship Guardian for Renesma Baca, born in Maricopa County, in June of 2012. A hearing on this matter will be held on SEPTEMBER 11, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. to determine whether a guardian shall be appointed for the minor. The hearing will take place telephonically in front of District Court Judge Amber Baker Chavez. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
