You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioners have filed a Petition for Guardianship of Shane Vigil minor child, born in August of 2009, to Kimberly Brown and Arian Tso Begay, in the above-entitled Court and cause.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Eighth Judicial District Court, Taos, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
