RUBY has accepted the position of Trustee of the irrevocable CURRY LIVING TRUST, dated December 21, 1989, and of the Survivor’s Trust and Family Trust created thereunder. JOAN T. CURRY, Grantor of the Trust, has died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
