NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jacqueline L. Moody and Jenifer P. Badry have accepted the position of Co-Trustees of the irrevocable MOODY LIVING TRUST, dated September 04, 1997. D.D. Moody, a.k.a. Douglas Daniel Moody, Grantor of the Trust, has died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
