NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARILYN A. PETSCHEK, DECEASED AND TO ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARILYN A. PETSCHEK, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTERS BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED ESTATE
On July 20, 2020, Robert J. Gellert, the Personal Representative of the Estate of Marilyn A. Petschek, Deceased, filed a Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, which Petition has been filed in the First Judicial District Court for the State of New Mexico in the case bearing the above referenced cause number. A hearing on such Petition will be held telephonically before the Honorable Matthew Justin Wilson at the Santa Fe County Courthouse, 211 Montezuma, Santa Fe, N.M. 87501 on October 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Any interested party may appear telephonically by calling 1-336-949-8079 and entering pin no. 862702640#. As changes are frequently made, any interested party should visit the Court’s website at firstdistrictcourt.nmcourts.gov the day before the hearing to obtain current information on the time of the hearing.
Pursuant to §45-1-401 (A) (3) NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said Petition is hereby given to you by publication, once each week for three consecutive weeks.
