NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sherril Coulter Lucas, aka Ruby Sherril Coulter, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of eighteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Sherril Coulter Lucas to Ruby Sherril Coulter, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse, District Court Judge, on this day 11th day of September, 2020, at the hour of 11:15 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
