THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on Petitioner’s Motion for Service by Publication, and the court being otherwise fully advised. FINDS AND ORDERS:
1. CURTIS BROOK WEED is to be served by publication in a newspaper of general
circulation.
2. Petitioner has made diligent efforts to make personal service, but has not been able to complete service of process.
3. The newspaper of general circulation in the county that is most likely to give Respondent notice of the pendency of the action is the ‘’PenBay Pilot News”. The newspaper of general circulation in the county where the action is pending is the “Health City Sun”.
4. The Petitioner shall serve process on the Respondent by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks in the “PenBay Pilot News” and the Health City Sun”.
5. The Petitioner shall file proof of service with a copy of the Affidavit of Publication when service has been completed.
