TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HARVEY J. POMMER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HARVEY J. POMMER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by Decades, LLC, which petition provides:
The last will of the deceased, the codicil to the last will of the deceased, the heirs and the devisees under the will, and the nomination of Decades, LLC, as personal representative, without bond, in an unsupervised administration will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico on October 26, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., before the Hon. Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
