AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
To the heirs and devisees of JOHNNY EARL BOTVIDSON.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that:
1. The Decedent died on January 21, 2015.
2. GOOD SHEPHERD CENTER filed an Application for Formal Probate of Will and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative, in the above-named Court requesting that the Will of the Decedent dated April 23, 2010 be admitted to formal
probate, and that GOOD SHEPHERD CENTER be appointed Personal Representative. The Decedent’s Will nominates GOOD SHEPHERD CENTER as Personal Representative.
3. On August 7, 2020 the Court issued an Order admitting the Will to formal probate and appointing GOOD SHEPHERD CENTER as Personal Representative to serve without bond.
Papers relating to the Estate are on file with the Second Judicial District Court,
Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and are available for your inspection.
