Petitioner(s) filed a motion requesting that the Court approve service of process upon Shaquille Diondra Latrece Coleman (name of each Respondent to be served) by publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
The Court FINDS that Petitioner has made diligent efforts to make personal service, but has not been able to complete service of process. The last known address of 508 Pattie ln SE. (Respondent’s last known address).
The Court further FINDS that the newspaper of general circulation in this county is Health City Sun/Newspaper, and that
1. this newspaper is most likely to give Respondent notice of the pendency of action.

2. in the county of Albuquerque, State of New Mexico, a newspaper, a newspaper most likely to give notice of this pendency of this proceeding to the person to be served is (name of newspaper) Health City Sun/ Newspaper.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petitioner serve process on Shaquille Diondra Latrece Coleman (name of respondent) by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks in the (name of newspaper) Health City Sun/Newspaper.
and once a week for three consecutive weeks in (name of newspaper) Health City Sun Newspaper in Bernalillo County County.
Petitioner shall file proof of service with a copy of the Affidavit of Publication when service has been completed.
