NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Please Take Notice that the above-entitled Court, having duly appointed a Special Master in this matter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the property located at 3481 Stetson Street SW, Los Lunas, NM 87031, more fully described as:
LOT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN (177) OF SUNDANCE, BEING A REPLAT OF TRACT A-1, LANDS OF HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF VALENCIA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON JUNE 24, 2004, IN BOOK “J”, PAGE 539.
The property will be sold subject to rights of redemption; easements, reservations and restriction of records; taxes and governmental assessments; any liens or encumbrances not foreclosed in this proceeding; environmental contamination, if any, and zoning violations concerning the property, if any.
A foreclosure Judgment was entered in the above captioned and numbered cause on January 17, 2019, in the total amount of $244,341.05 plus interest at the rate of 4.625% per annum from June 30, 2018 through the date of sale. The sale is to begin at 10:30 a.m. on March 26, 2021, at the front steps of the Valencia County Courthouse, located at 1835 Highway 314 SW, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, at which time I will sell to the highest bidder for cash the above-described Real Estate and all improvements thereon to pay the expenses of such Judgment referred to above, and to satisfy the total amount of the Judgment plus interest to the date of the foreclosure sale and the costs of the foreclosure sale. At such sale, the Plaintiff may become the purchaser of the property being sold, or part thereof, and may apply all or part of the Judgment to the bid, should it be the highest bidder. The appointed Special Master may postpone and reschedule the sale without further publication. All inquiries regarding the sale of the Property should be directed to Richard E.
