GREETINGS:
You and each of you are hereby notified that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the District Court of Sandoval County, New Mexico, wherein Javier Gonzalez, is the Special Administrator of the Estate of Ramon Gonzalez and you and each of you are the Heirs of the Estate of Ramon Gonzalez, said cause number being No.: D-1329-PB-2020-00055 on the civil docket of said Court.
The objects and purposes of the action are to administer and distribute the assets of the Estate of Ramon Gonzalez.
All as more particularly prayed for and set forth in the Complaint. You and each of you are further notified that unless you enter your appearance in said cause within thirty (30) days of this service pursuant to NMRA 1-004 and file a responsive pleading or motion within such time, judgment by default may be rendered in said cause against each of you for failing to appear, and the Special Administrator of the Estate of Ramon Gonzalez will apply to the Court for the administration and distribution of the Estate of Ramon Gonzalez.
