TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PATSY B. RODGERS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE, OR CLAIM, ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PATSY B. RODGERS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned, which petition requests the formal appointment of Karen Anne Rodgers Grosskopf as personal representative of the estate of the decedent and for formal probate of the decedent’s will, will be held via telephone at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd.
