NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THOMAS E. BERGER, Trustor of the BERGER LIVING TRUST, dated July 26, 2005, passed away on December 15, 2020. JENNIFER LYNN SANDOVAL was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust. All persons having claims against the Trust Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the published notice, if notice is given as provided in NM Stat § 45-3-801 (A), or within 60 days after mailing or other delivery of this notice, whichever is later, or the claims will be forever barred (See NM Stat § 45-3-801(B), copy attached). Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the Successor Trustee c/o Morris Hall, PLLC, 8208 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Suite C, Albuquerque, NM 87113.
