NOTICE TO CREDITORS BY PUBLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Andre McKenzie has accepted the position of Trustee and Executor of the irrevocable JAMES AND DOROTHY MCKENZIE FAMILY TRUST, dated December 21, 1990. James Montgomery McKenzie and Dorothy Winifred McKenzie, Settlors of the Trust are both now deceased. The dates of death are July 2, 2006 and February 15, 2021 respectively. All persons having claims against this Trust or the Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims shall be forever barred. Claims can be presented to the Trustee and Executor of the Trust and Estate, Andre McKenzie whose address is 5754 Corte Libre, Pleasanton, CA 94566.
