To the heirs of EDITH CHARLENE SHIFFLETT.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that:
1. The Decedent died on November 05, 2020.
2. JOSEPH SHIFFLETT filed an Application for Informal Probate and for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative, in the above-named Court requesting that the Estate be admitted to probate and that JOSEPH SHIFFLETT be appointed Personal Representative.
3. On February 11, 2021, the Court issued an Order admitting the Estate to probate and appointing JOSEPH SHIFFLETT as Personal Representative to serve without bond.
Papers relating to the Estate are on file with the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and are available for your inspection.
