NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION IN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO, take notice that a lawsuit has been filed against you by Senida Gallegos for damages and injunctive relief alleging the unauthorized practice of law, violation of the NM Unfair Practices Act, fraudulent misrepresentation and concealment and unjust enrichment you engaged in in the course of your real estate businesses.
If you do not file an answer or responsive pleading with the above-titled Court within 30 days after the third publication of this Notice, the Court may enter a default judgment against you.
