NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JAMES C. RICE, Trustor of the RICE LIVING TRUST, dated January 19, 2000, passed away on December 29, 2020. JAMES RAY RICE and BONNIE HUNTER were appointed to serve as Successor Trustees (“Trustees”) and are the acting Trustees of the Trust. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
