NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JOE RODWICK, Trustor of the JOE RODWICK LIVING TRUST, dated November 12, 2001, passed away on February 19, 2021. KELLY ROSS RODWICK was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
